Radio Protocol is to announce Calling Party first followed by Called Party --
For example: "This is Signals Gary calling Dispatcher",
and the reply would be "This is Dispatcher, go ahead Signals Gary".
Maxon PL2215P and Tekk NT-10 handhelds are reported to work
on these frequencies and available at the Solder Joint and on eBay.


SIGNAL MAINTAINER TOOLS
The following tools are useful when working on Railroad Signalling:
  • Socket 1/2 inch hex (3/4 deep) - use on locks and most terminals
  • Digital Multimeter - troubleshooting and monthly inspections
